At NexiSim, safeguarding your data is fundamental to our platform. This policy explains how we protect your information and enforce strict non‑disclosure.

1. Data Sovereignty

NexiSim follows a No‑Sale, No‑Share policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your personal information, API usage patterns, or communication metadata to advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties. Your information is processed and retained solely within NexiSim’s secure environment.

2. Information We Collect and Purpose

We collect only the telemetry required to maintain reliability and security of the NexiSim API:

Account Identifiers: Used for identity verification, authentication, and access control within your developer dashboard.
System Metadata: Technical logs generated by API calls, retained for monitoring, reliability, and debugging. We do not use these logs for behavioral profiling.
Encryption Keys and Credentials: Managed using industry‑standard hashing and AES‑256 encryption. Secrets are never accessible in plain text to NexiSim personnel.

3. Non‑Disclosure and Security

We employ a zero‑trust architecture with automated, isolated data processing. Human access to customer data is restricted and audited. There is no mechanism for unauthorized access or external sharing of proprietary traffic data. Communication logs are automatically purged after a defined retention period, configurable in your dashboard.

4. User Control and Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your logs and account data at any time through Settings in your developer portal. Upon confirmation, records are irreversibly removed from production systems and backup archives.
